  • Provide customers with technical guidance on product application design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Provide technical guidance on usage, maintenance, repair, and related matters in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Ensure the supply of maintenance spare parts;
  • Responsible for repair services, and provides routine maintenance, periodic servicing, and staff training.
  • Provide consumers with regular telephone follow-ups or in-home visits.
  • Handle customer correspondence, in-person visits, and telephone complaints and feedback, and respond to customer inquiries.
