Our company has designed and manufactured a new high-flow cryogenic liquid pump for a certain enterprise.
The design and manufacture of large cryogenic submersible pumps by Hangzhou Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou New-Asia Cryogenic were successfully commissioned in December 2016 and delivered to the customer. The product quality has been recognized by both the customer and the inspection authorities.

Key parameters of the large-scale cryogenic liquid pump: flow rate of 200 m³/h, head of 900 m, with liquefied natural gas (LNG) as the working fluid and an operating temperature of −163°C. The pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with the international API 610 standard, tailored to customer requirements. Critical core technologies—including ultra‑efficient idler wheels, high‑efficiency guide vanes, and a zero‑thrust self‑balancing mechanism—have been successfully implemented, enabling the pump’s overall performance to match that of comparable foreign products. Furthermore, key components such as the cryogenic motor, low‑temperature bearings, low‑temperature cables, vibration monitoring systems, and electrically sealed connectors have also been domestically produced.
In recent years, as domestic urban development and environmental standards have advanced, the demand for natural gas reserves and emergency power capacity has continued to grow, with cryogenic liquid pumps—particularly submersible models—emerging as one of the key pieces of equipment. Consequently, the prospects for this sector are exceptionally promising.
